Principles
The test-it PARVO CAT is designed to detect the antigens of feline Parvovirus in feline feces. Two antibodies in the test specifically bind with different epitopes of the antigens. After being absorbed into the cellulose pad, the antigens of feline Parvovirus move and bind with gold-colloid complex of anti-feline Parvovirus of the conjugate pad, forming antibody-antigene complex. This complex, then, forms antibody-antigene-antibody direct sandwich binding with the antibody of another monoclonal anti-feline Parvovirus in the nitrocellulose membrane. The test results are shown on Control line (C) and Test line (T) by means of the principles of immunochromatography.
