DIETETIC COMPLEMENTARY FEED for dogs and cats

Based on pro- and prebiotics.
Particular nutritional purpose: stabilisation of physiological digestion. In case of risk of digestive disturbance, during and/or after it.

Properties:

DIA DOG ‘N CAT^® PRO contains:

• Physiological intestinal bacteria (Enterococcus faecium).
• Nutrient substrates for the development of probiotics and local defence system support.
• A protector of the intestinal mucosa to trap metabolic wastes.

Use:

DIA DOG ‘N CAT^® PRO is advised:

• To support the natural intestinal flora of the dog and the cat.
• After antibiotic therapy, to rebalance the intestinal flora.
• In the case of dietary transition.

DIA DOG ‘N CAT^® PRO can also be used in gestating or lactating bitches.

Instructions for use:

Offer directly the palatable paste or mix it in the feed.

• Puppy and dog up to 5 kg bodyweight: 2 ml, twice a day.
• Dog between 5 and 15 kg bodyweight: 4 ml, twice a day.
• Dog between 15 and 30 kg bodyweight: 6 ml, twice a day.
• Dog of more than 30 kg bodyweight: 8 ml, twice a day.
• Kitten and cat up to 5 kg bodyweight: 2 ml, twice a day.
• Cat of more than 5 kg bodyweight: 3 ml twice a day.

Turn the adjustment ring found at the piston until the desired amount of paste is obtained. During 1 to 2 weeks (up to 4 weeks maximum). During the entire use of DIA DOG ‘N CAT^® PRO, constantly have fresh water at disposal.

Composition:

Refined vegetable sunflower oil, dextrose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, yeast products (mannan-oligosaccharides = MOS, extracts from yeast cell wall), yeasts, fructo-oligosaccharides (= FOS, inulin
extracts) and hydrolysed animal proteins (poultry liver).

Analytical constituents:

crude protein 8.1 %, crude oils and fats 37.6 %, crude fibre 1 % and crude ash 24.1 %: sodium 1.4 % and potassium 1.1 %.

Additives:

Gut flora stabilisers: (4b1705) Enterococcus faecium NCIMB 10415 = 2x10¹² CFU/kg. Technological
additives: bentonite (1m558i) 200,000 mg/kg. Antioxidants: tocopherol extracts from vegetable oils (1b306i) 850 mg/kg.

Storage:

Store in a dry place, at ambient temperature and protect from light. Best before: see box.

Precautions:

It is recommended that advice from your veterinarian be sought before use. If no improvement were noticed after 2 days, please also seek advice from your veterinarian. The simultaneous oral use with macrolides shall be avoided. Due to its high rate in bentonite-montmorillonite, DIA DOG ‘N CAT^® PRO mustn’t exceed 10 % of the daily feed intake. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging:

30 ml of paste in a graduated syringe with an adjustment ring.
